True bypass past Coffs, and places north to Woolgoola. Needs to be 10kms west of town behind Redhill where there is forestry land to go through, which would cost less than the current forecast. Then in 10-15yrs time with population growth it will still be a true bypass. The current proposal will get consumed by this expansion of area.
