Following on from the recent bashing of the elderly bus driver by an out of control, aggressive cyclist its about time these ’speed humps’ are made to purchase a registration for their bicycles so that they can be identified when next time they break road rules, threaten others on the road (pedestrians included) or displaying the violence we have come to see from them.
