Petrol prices are always higher in Nelson Bay there are no \\\”cheap days\\\”. Cheaper petrol can always be purchased at Bobs Farm only a few kilometres from Nelson Bay and also at better prices in Raymond Terrace.
In early December I was in Wauchope and filled up with fuel and drove without stopping back to Nelson Bay and found petrol was eight cents per litre higher in price than Wauchope.
There only two petrol stations in Nelson Bay within one hundred yards of each other and there prices are always the same, a nice little duopoly.
