Learner Drivers should have to complete 80 hours and a \\\”defensive driving course\\\”. 120 hours is far too onerous and I have found it impossible to achieve in 12 months with my 16 (nearly 17) year old. There is only one driver in our household and thank God we don\\\’t have twins !
