I was travelling the countryside the other day and found out that the quality of the road between nabiac and krambach is disgraceful, this is a council road but whenever there is an accident on the pacific highway traffic gets diverted at nabiac and signaled to follow the detour signs (which are permanent fixures) to krambach and down the bucketts way and comes out near karuah. I approve of the detour (nothing worse than being stuck in accident traffic) but this damages the road very quickly with such a large volume of vehicles pounding the pavement. is there a special fund that nrma could persue to assist council maintaince
