On Saturday afternoon at 4.00pm petrol prices at the Caltex/Woolworths outlet in Kotara the price of unleaded petrol was 135.9 per litre before 0.4cents per litre discount. When I returned home at 8.30pm that night the price was 131.9 per litre before 0.4cents discount. And they try to tell us they don’t price gouge. Every other service station I passed on my way from Mayfield to Charlestown was about 133.9 per litre. Still way over the 1.28 the recomened price published in Saturday’s local newspaper.
