I have read a lot of posts where people talk about the cost of getting a licence. Yes it does cost a lot, but the one cost that really annoys me is the booking fee you are forced to pay just to book a time to do a computer test. It is a straight out rort. You pay the booking fee, then if you pass you pay for your licence. If you fail, you get to pay the fee again. As far as i am concerned the booking fee should be taken off the cost of your licence.
