station wagons fines in loading zones

re: loading zone, I own a Honda CRV classed as a business use station wagon by RTA and the insurance. Yet the cash grabbing city of Sydney has booked my vehicle when parked in a loading zone for a couple of minutes. When will the city of Sydney allow the businesses to be served and serve. Do Create bypass corridors, do create fringe city and public transport access parking, do improve frequency and access to public transport even add tolls for accessing the CBD but do not become so ridiculous you push business out and encourage city sprawl or worse still scare business and tourism away from our city and state. Policy makers and politician get real and live a day in reality before you add more bureaucracy. There is no problem for zero tolerance but keep zero tolerance for crimes and public nuisance.

Before many say 4wd should not be in the city I purposely chose the CRV for its ability to carry workers and goods its compact wheelbase, its fuel economy and rain proof for electronic equipment (vs any ute). Compact SUVs, hatchbacks and mini vehicles and bikes should be the preferred vehicle when necessary in the CBD to reduce traffic and pollution.
